So I’m am going on on year of ownership for this computer, let me just say I regret this purchase. Within the first 3 months I had to have a new graphics card sent to me due to a failure. Once I got the new graphics card I was excited to get back to playing. Then a month later my screens just start randomly going black. Sometimes it takes up to 30 minutes to come back. Now at a year of ownership it just randomly turns off or restarts. This product is a joke I hope nobody waste money on this poorly made machine.

Great PC but for extended hours of play and use it gets very hot not bad for the wintertime as it heats my room but for summer whew! loud fans and RGB are not connected or working I assume to reduce heat and power but still get really hot.

I bought this PC 8 months ago. Typically I build my own setups, however during COVID it was difficult to find a 3090 unless you bought a prebuilt PC. My first experience with Ibuy power I spent over 4k on a PC. 8 months later crazy sounds are coming out of radiator and CPU was running in the 90s. I called support and they gave me a hard time about shipping a replacement without me shipping old part back and then they would send me a new radiator turn around time ~30 days… I use this computer for my work/trading and could not be out of commission that long. I ordered an ASUS ROG cooler (which is amazing ASUS is typically my go to for quality) and installed myself good to go. When someone spends thousands of dollars on a “premium” product I would expect company to at least mail me a replacement that pooped out in just 8 months! I have never had this issue before with my personal builds. I would be wary of I buy power high price cheap quality and even worse customer support.

System runs well for the price. Plays games well but has issues running some games like CoD: Black Ops Cold War which seems to be related to the XMP Profile. If you turn off the XMP Profile and run the system at the base rate the stability issues resolve.
The system runs warm for a water cooled processor. Reaching 70 degrees on average which will cause the processor a shorter life span, so I had to add an extra exhaust fan which helped but not by much.
I haven’t contacted technical support, however, I’m not sure they can help with the cooling on the system. I’m also not entirely sure who to call as the system came with virtually no documentation.
Good starter system, but not sure I’d recommend it for hardcore/seasoned gamers who would run the system for long hours.

Great PC, had all the specs I wanted. 32 GB of memory 3090. The only reason for four stars is I got a call from 2010 and they wanted their mechanical drives back. No clue why some of these builders are still putting mechanical drives in. It’s time to get over that. It says 3 TB but you only get one of SSD, the other 2 TB are mechanical. I threw those out and put a couple more SSD‘s in there.

A very expensive machine bought at the height of the GPU shortage. Within a week of purchase it threw a BSOD but we didn’t think much of it (“It’s Windows, after all”). Then, after the 30-day window for return had passed, it started giving BSODs, or simply freezing, 5-6 times a day. Neither the seller nor Amazon would accept a return. Tech support at iBuypower was actually responsive and helpful. Unfortunately their first RMA did not solve the problem. The second RMA did not solve the problem. They then rebuilt the computer with several new components; the BSODs and freezing stopped. Unfortunately the MSI RTX 3090 GPU started rattling terribly, so did a replacement MSI GPU. iBuypower replaced it with an ASUS unit which also rattled, although not quite as bad. iBuypower support suggested contacting ASUS directly, which we did, and they immediately issued an RMA for their GPU. After receiving the defective unit they sent a replacement board. The new GPU seems to be working as intended, so after 10 months we finally have the machine we paid for.

Computer seems fine but no 7.1 sound
These days it looked like this PC was one of the few good options to get a 3090 card. Overall it seems to be a solid build and runs the sim racing programs I use in triple screen very well. It’s also just fine for productivity work including CAD. In the description 7.1 sound is listed as a feature. The unit I received does not have 7.1 either on the motherboard nor does it have a sound card. Gigging them a bit on the rating specifically for this reason.
