I would recommend this to anyone. It was a touch more than building one yourself but apart from removing the packing and putting in the GPU support it was plug and play.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fast and good cooling
I always get a bit nervous with prebuilt SFF PCs but the cooling system seems very capable on this Model S machine. The hottest I can get the 3080 is 96.7c on the hotspot and 83.7c on the GPU running Cyberpunk 2077 on the default Ray Tracing Ultra settings, which by the way this computer can absolutely handle at a playable framerate.
The fan does pick up a bit if you do anything CPU or GPU intensive but as soon as the task is over the fan dials down, so I’m pretty well convinced that the cooling setup in this machine works well. We’ll see if it holds up over time, I suppose.
One thing I will say is that the DisplayPort outputs on the back of the machine don’t appear to play well with either passive or active DisplayPort adapters, so if you want to use multiple displays, I hope you have newer DisplayPort capable displays. That said, I got away with using a USB to HDMI adapter and that works fine as well.
I have had no issues with black or flickering displays on either of the 3 monitors I am using with this machine so I guess I must be lucky.

PC came and it was fairly dusty and had a couple scratches on the case. Barely used the computer and now on every restart and shutdown the CPU will show 100 Celsius after being off for 8+ hours. Fans and cooler running at max because of the temp error. Very disappointed for how much money I spent

Pros: Quality parts throughout
Cable routing is clean
Came properly packed unlike a different ABS PC I bought before this
Cons: Case is big and airflow is a bit of a problem
Should have been 2x 32gb sticks of RAM
Overall Review: Very nice, I’m just replacing the case right away. Also, 32gb of RAM isn’t enough for me. Wish I had the option to have it come with 2x32gb sticks since everything else is flagship products

Great products just had issues
Pros: Fast system with high end parts.
Delivery was very fast and the packaging was amazing.
Customer service so far has been great about providing information about returning the system.
Cons: About one week into owning the product I started to frequently get BSOD and random system restarts.
Overall Review: I still think that this product is a great product and I maybe just got a bad system overall.

Check all ports first!
Pros: – I love the case: No screws, easy to open, magnetically shuts. Does this on both sides. Solid case (a little heavy as a result).
– Performance is amazing
– Quiet!
– Good cable management, clean and organized inside.
– Graphics card has a custom support bracket
Cons: – The system didn’t boot the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd time. It kept freezing on the logo screen with the Windows spinner at the bottom. I went into BIOS and all I did was update the time, it restarted and then booted right up.
– After spending the day configuring and installing all my apps I went to use the headphone/mic ports in the front and they were not working. The ports in the back were. I called tech support and they said they’d have to replace the whole machine because the techs forgot to connect those ports. Ugh, I didn’t want to go through all that hassle after spending all that time setting it up.
Overall Review: – CHECK ALL PORTS before you start configuring and spending time setting up your PC. Make sure all the hardware works first. I should have done this but just didn’t think of it.
– Overall it’s only been one day but I’m super happy about the incredible performance.
– They have phone support available to you, someone answered just after 2 rings. So I think they are willing to help you with any trouble you might run into.
