Great price, cooling may be an issue though.
It’s a great price for the components you get and is a very capable system. However cooling is an issue, I was exceeding 85 degrees under load even with an upgraded CPU cooler so I had to install 2 front fans from my old system to help, even then the front panel lacks ventilation. My honest opinion, use the same products but upgrade the case (or front panel) and add front fans.

Wow this was a good buy
I’ve had this computer for about 2 years now and have had no issues. It runs every game I’ve thrown at it with no problems. Seeing that it’s going to run starfield just fine is a big plus too.

5.0 de 5 estrellas Great Rig, Especially Given the Shortage of RTX 3000 Series GPUs – HONEST REVIEW
After months of praying to get lucky and failing to nab a RTX 3000 series GPU, I finally gave up and decided to go with a prebuilt PC. I have built my own in the past, so I was a bit uneasy with taking this route.
The package arrived in great shape and labeled with the parts that I intended to purchase, including a RTX 3070 GPU. While it was not the best brand/manufacturer, in my opinion (Gigabyte), it seems to be running as advertised.
When I first fired up the system, I did run into your standard “new PC” issues, up to and including the computer resetting when I tried to boot up Apex Legends (not a terribly high end game, graphically). At first, I was frustrated, but there is always some initial troubleshooting when you build a PC. After investigating drivers and other updates, I was still having issues. As of this morning, one of my last ditch efforts was to check my BIOS version. Surprisingly, a new update released on 3/5/2021, so I Googled how to update BIOS and had it installed in minutes. Ever since the BIOS was updated, everything has been working amazingly. I immediately fired up some high end games and they ran as smoothly as I could hope for. No more crashing!
Also – I see a lot of other reviews complaining about the fan noise. When I updated the BIOS, the fan noise almost completely disappeared. I believe the update may have reset to default settings and I’m not sure if SkyTech adjusted them before shipping the PC to me, so I will be monitoring my PC temperatures to make sure that they do not need to be dialed up to keep the PC from overheating.
Overall, and thus far, I’m incredibly happy with my purchase. For people that are less familiar with PC settings, BIOS, drivers, etc., do not be discouraged if you run into a few bumps after your initial boot-up. I’m certainly not a PC genius, so take your time and investigate any problems that you’re experiencing before jumping to conclusions. SkyTech’s website has a great FAQ as a starting point for reference.
Overall, I would give the product a 4.8 if I could, just based on the hassle described above. Otherwise, I’m looking forward to playing the PC exclusives that I haven’t had access to in over 10 years!!!

So confession time. When I purchased this PC, I had no intention of using it as it came. Due to the lack of availability of graphics components, it had come down to getting the box of parts that had the most parts I was going to actually use. So I was looking for a Ryzen 5600x, a RTX 3070, at least 16gb of ram and a tb SSD. Anything else usable was a bonus. And while I did get the parts I was looking for, I do have to comment that I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the build and attention to detail. Aside from a few sticking points that I will get to.
So first things first. If you have been looking at this system, I’m sure you know there’s not a lot of info regarding what kind of parts you’re actually getting. In my system, some of the components,
GPU: Gigabyte RTX Vision 8gb (white version)
SSD: WD Blue 1tb gen3 m.2
Mobo: ASRock itx b550 wifi
Mem: xfx 3600mhz (no rgb)
Fans: 4 InWin Jupiter and includes controller
So a lot of really solid components, and for taking a gamble on ordering I’m very happy with what I was able to get out of it.
Cable management was surprisingly tight and well done. Most of what could be done behind the mobo tray was, although the fan controller was left on the front which would not be my preference. The system was shipped in good condition, included padding inside the system to protect the components which I really appreciated.
My biggest issues with the system as shipped.
The case is not the greatest thing ever. This may be personal preference, but I hate the shroud at the top of the case. If for no other reason that it’s easier to reach the GPU for power from the bottom. Airflow is just ok, I’m not a fan (ha) of having thr intake come from the side instead of the front. There’s no room to breath from the front panel, and the top of the system is blocked off by the power supply shroud, so the only real exhaust you get is from the one fan in the back.
Speaking of fans, the system just comes with the AMD stock cooler. It runs fine, but for the price you should really be able to expect an AIO.
The biggest issue I had with the stock system is the power supply. It comes with a 650 watt non 80plus, non modular pos. Basically garbage that I’m probably not going to be able to reuse anywhere else.
So honestly, if I was buying this off the rack to use as is, I would like to be pretty happy. Order took about a week to show up. Testing it out, it ran fast out of the box, most of the software setup was done already and I was gaming within a few minutes of having it plugged in. There was minimal bloatware, some desktop links to support, but that was about it. RGB software was pre-installed and ready to go at start up.
Overall, I’m happy with what I got out of this system even if it was more a box of components than anything else. Taking a chance that those parts would be good quality worked out for me.. Everything is working great in their new box, and I’m looking to part out the rest (anyone looking for an itx ASRock b550?). I hope this review helps anyone else looking to go SI for their new build, the world is tough for builders right now.

Noisy, very, very noisy
Unless you can put this computer very far from you, stay away. It is the most noisy computer I’ve ever owned. I didn’t think it would be a problem, but WOW, it is annoying. And, fwiw, Win11 is horrible.

Super Quite but…
I cannot hear this computer running even when the AC in my living room is off. It can with a nice Gigabyte 2070 graphics card with a beefy heatsink. I thought for sure it was gonna sound like a jet engine taking off but it’s whisper quite.
A very nice touch the Manufacturer added to this computer was to install an aftermarket Coolmaster cpu cooler! was happy to see that. The first thing I had planned to do when I got it was swap out the factory cpu cooler but no need for that.
The case is beautiful with a soft touch pwr switch on top. Push the button next to it a few times to set the rgb lights to match my carpet. It’s got a slide off dust screen on the top and bottom to make it easy to clean. Such a nice computer.
I got the GTX 2070 graphics card, that alone would cost you $500-600 right now. I couldn’t have built it cheaper myself. Oh and another thing some people were saying windows used a lot of space on the hard drive? Not true. The computer I received has a 500gb SSD drive and win 10 used up 32Gb of space so there was about 460 Gigs free. Love the fact that it came with 0 bloatware. Only if I could buy a phone that way.
It’s also gotta nice space inside to install another SSD drive. Roomy case with 4 case fans.
Just got it yesterday if I have any problems with it I’ll post it here but right now I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Would buy this PC again in a heartbeat!
Update: After using this computer for about a week now today I encountered a problem. I got the dreaded blue screen. I already had an idea that one, the power supply could be on the small side for the computer and two the fans are too quite which is really nice until you find out that they’re not cooling the computer like they should which was the problem. After installing some software HW monitor I saw right away it was overheating.
What I did was swapped the power supply for a EVGA 750w platnium psu I had in my old PC (Not sure if that was needed) But what is needed is to replace the front fan with a quality fan like the Cool Master Jetflo 120. It was a direct replacement, plugged directly into the MB(easy to replace). Makes a low humming sound but it actually BLOWS!
Also if you do this (it’s a low cost fix) make sure the flow is directed inward so it blows directly on the Graphics card. Take note also that I had this issue with the PC with a Geforce 2070 Graphics card made by Gigabite. I don’t blame the card manufacturer it was certainly a problem with airflow in the case. I’ve built a couple PC’s myself and I gotta tell you the fans in this pc are so quite and weak I couldn’t even tell which direction the fans were blowing.
The fan on the right in the pic is the one I replace. It now blow directly on the large GPU and I reversed the flow of the rear fan so it now blows out. The front fan wasn’t a LED fan so it made no difference in appearance.
Shame on the maker of this PC for not providing good air circulation to cool the large GPU. Definitely NOT something a consumer should have to do.

Edit: Fixed – Fans aren’t strong enough/CPU Overheating/Under powered Power Supply
I needed a computer more powerful than my laptop without having to spend loads more money. So I had to pick a desktop for that option. It totally exceeds all my expectations when editing, working, multi-tasking, etc. I would have given this PC 5 stars if that were it. However, here comes all my negatives.
This PC came with a flawed keyboard and I have sent SkyTech 3 emails and I haven’t got a solution and only one response (will be almost 3 weeks since I got this computer). I had luckily a Bluetooth keyboard but it’s not good. So there goes a terrible review for customer service.
Now for the rest. I have always been a console gamer but I was eager to try PC out. Turns out. It worked amazingly. I was able to get 120 fps ultra settings in Gears 5 with my 1080p 144hz monitor. However, after one or two hours of trying it out. It started to lag badly. I turned it off and slept thinking about it. I was curious about the cooling system in this and it turns out, after downloading Core Temp, this computer was hitting over 90 Celsius (recommended for AMD Ryzen CPU’s not to exceed 85)! NO WONDER! I was completely destroying my CPU without knowing it!! I then downloaded Argus Monitor to manually set the fan speeds to 100% and it was still going up 90 Celsius!
As any human being, I obviously tuned down the settings and where it works best without over heating and getting 83 Celsius was Medium Settings with 90 frames per second.
This whole entire process of learning PC gaming took a very big tolerance on my CPU, hopefully I didn’t do any permanent damage. So now I just bought a Noctua NH-U12A CPU fan (extra $100 I had to spend on top of everything else) hopefully this solves it.
Just be careful! This PC does give out substantial numbers but the cooling system is totally unreliable.
My verdict. I still haven’t received an email or a new keyboard from them so that I can properly use this PC. Secondly, don’t be fooled by the cooling system. RGB colors look cool but the CPU fan isn’t reliable enough to play at you max computer capabilities). I average 55 Celsius with just browsing the web.
Will give an update if I ever do get a response regarding the keyboard and/or the new cpu fan. Verdict: 2 Stars
EDIT: After contacting customer support and further investigating. Nvidia asks as minimum for the RTX 2070 for you to have 550w of power supply. This one has 500w. So upgrading my fan wasn’t an option unless I also bought a power supply. Very mad at the situation, and not receiving any emails back. I decided to get in contact with chat. After hours of waiting and further research, my Stars would go up to 4 but I will cut this PC some slack.
Verdict:
Even though the Power Supply is under powered on paper, as stock, this PC without adding anything (maybe RAM would still be fine) works great.
My CPU problem: Customer Service told me to download CPUID HWMonitor. Which monitors your temperatures. The problem with the high CPU temp is that one of my cores called TMPIN7 is like an outlier to the rest of my cores. That Core is around 10-20 C higher than the rest of them. Customer Service that that is pretty normal to have a funny core to the CPU and looking online, it looks like most computers have a funny outlier core that works differently. Having said that, my cores average 50C while gaming Ultra Settings 120fps on Gears 5 perfectly.
Now, make to turn OFF VSync on Gears because for some reason, after 90fps, the game lags and does not look smooth. The only thing that doesn’t work 100% is if I want to put “unlimited” FPS, my game sort of lags when Frame rate hits 130’s. I don’t really care as much but it is still strange. Anyway, all of this could have been solved if I would have known the CPUIDHWMonitor. Perfect PC for Value.
Lastly, if you ever download games, for some reason my RAM capacity would go very high to where I had been to 99% RAM usage while editing on Premiere Pro and I didn’t have any game playing. The solution is to go to Task Manager, then right click and End Task to the applications that you don’t want running in the background. I had thought that I needed to buy more RAM.
CPU Heating problem: fixed
FPS on Gears 5: (120fps) Fixed
RAM Capacity Usage: Fixed
Power Supply: Not Fixed but Fixed because I am not running into problems (yet).

First time owning a PC made for gaming
Decided to jump into the ”PCMR” space after contemplating for a while because YouTubers like Digital Foundry comparing PC graphical settings to base console setting and I was intrigued by how much difference there really was. Trying to build on myself was really an option because I waited too late and now the PC components market is all messed up so it would have been way more different trying to cobble together the part from “scratch”.
Did as much research as I could on the topic and went with 3060ti/Ryzen 7 3700X build for $1300 at the time which wasn’t terrible considering the GPU rarity. I was aiming to be able to run games at 1440p/60fps and have the ability to toggle Raytracing. This build does that almost flawlessly aside from the most demanding games like CyberPunk 2077.
I can run Control (game by Remedy) at ultra settings 4K DLSS WITH Raytracing enabled at 60fps, pretty crazy. The DLSS capability is probably my favorite feature because normally running a game in native 4K resolution with the intention of hitting 60fps too is too much for most systems but Nvidia cards have something called Deep Learned SuperSampling which renders the game internally at a lower resolution like 1080p then reconstructs the image up to 4K with an A.I program and the result look almost indistinguishable from the native target resolution and in some cases looks even better than it, all with the benefit of being way less taxing on the system allowing you to hit the FPS goal.
Anyway the package came in a pretty large box with the graphic art of the company on it and inside had a keyboard & mouse, the instructions for setting up, and power cables. Set up was easy and already came with windows 10 installed on it and all the necessary drivers. The cables inside the PC were managed pretty good and the booted up just fine.
Overall I’d recommend it if you have the money and can’t build one yourself due to the market being screwed up but still want a quality build.

This is the computer you’ve always wanted!
The computer runs like a champ, looks good, and was affordable considering similar options. I can’t recommend it enough for gaming.
Side note: Skytech’s computers come with a mouse and keyboard. They’re branded with Skytech’s logo and don’t have any digital interface options. However they are rgb and very good quality. If you’re buying a Skytech computer I suggest you try the accessories before buying your own.
Longer Story:
I’ve wanted a nice gaming computer for a while now, and I recently decided to take the plunge and got the Archangel (RTX 2070 upgrade). Before purchasing, I found myself talking to friends about building one and like previous attempts, I became disinterested. My enjoyment for gaming doesn’t come from the build. I just wanted a good machine, that looked good, and was affordable.
Good Machine – The game World of Warcraft has taken way more time from me in my life than I’d like to admit. I’ve played it periodically over the years and recently got back into WoW classic. I was playing on a potato of a computer and was frustrated with its capability even when running a game that came out almost 15 years ago. In comes the Archangel. This computer crushes every game I play on it running 140+ FPS on the highest settings. I’m still just scratching the service but I can’t express how happy I am. It’s literally what I’ve wanted since I discovered computer game when I was a teen. (31 now). I haven’t even been able to tax this thing more than 30% of its potential. As you can probably tell I’m a computer laymen, but I know what looks good and runs well. The graphic capability and processing power of this computer is awesome. WoW classic has never looked better. (Don’t judge me for buying this computer for WoW classic, I have no regrets)
Looks Good – obviously looks are subjective, but still… This computer is gorgeous. The white case, the rgb lights and fan, clear glass side. It’s all very stylish and is what I would build if I spent the time actually learning the process.
Is Affordable – like looks, this is subjective. This computer was beyond my original price range. But it also performs beyond what I expected. I took quite a bit of time browsing pre built computers. Skytech’s looked the nicest and appear to outperform other computers at similar price levels. I also had a few friends review the computer before I purchased. Each said based off of the build the money I would be saving by building something on my own wouldn’t be worth the time.
Conclusion – like my tldr, this computer is wonderful. Performance I didn’t imagine at this price point. To me this computer was a good investment for my future in gaming. It’s powerful enough I won’t have to worry about upgrading anytime soon, but when that time comes the Archangel will be ready!
